Dispatched to You
Once parts arrive at our facility, we inspect and forward to you via trusted courier within 24 hours.
Delivered
Your parts arrive. We follow up to confirm delivery and answer any fitment questions.

What you need to know
Is freight included in the quoted price?
Freight from Europe to India is included in the landed cost we quote you. Domestic delivery from our Hyderabad hub is additional, typically ₹200–600 depending on weight and location.
Do you ship heavy or bulky parts?
Yes. For items like engines, gearboxes, bumpers or body panels, we calculate freight on actual dimensions and advise a freight quote before you confirm the order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive an order reference (ES-XXXX) and an enquiry number (ENQ-XXXX). Use our tracking page or contact us on WhatsApp for real-time updates.
What if a part arrives damaged?
All shipments are insured during transit. If a part arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and send to us on WhatsApp. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we only deliver within India. For international enquiries, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.
